What happens if I do not pay the account?

If you do not respond, the collection process continues. This can result in further costs for you. Therefore, we ask you to "contact us" in any case. Please let us know why you are not settling the account. Even if, quite simply, you are unable to pay at the moment - we are pleased to advise you and we will certainly find a solution together.
