Why can't I use the payment option I have selected?

You have selected a payment option, but cannot use it? This can be due to several reasons:

  • The giropay as well as Klarna and PayPal instant transfer payment methods require a current account with your bank that permits online banking and to which you can be forwarded electronically.

If all the preconditions are fulfilled, but you are still unable to use the selected payment method, please select another payment method.
