The collection proceedings are not justified. Do I still have to pay the collection fees?

If the account is unjustified, of course, you do not have to pay any collection costs. In this case, you should contact us promptly. Please give us the details and provide proof, if possible. For example: If the goods you have returned were lost, please send us the posting receipt. Or: If someone has concluded a contract using your name and you have filed a criminal complaint, please let us know. In this case it would help us a lot if we had a copy of the written confirmation that the complaint was filed.

Please note: If you raise objections to a claim, you should be certain that this claim is not justified. Because, if the account is justified after all, our collection costs will increase because of the higher investigation and processing effort.
