I have problems in logging on using my name. What do I have to do?

If you have problems logging in using your name, this can be due to various reasons:

  • Incorrect spelling - Please check whether your spelling corresponds to the version in our letter.
  • Recent name change, e.g. upon marriage - Here, processing can take several days until we have checked and updated the changes. In this case, please use your previous name.
  • If the matter concerns a company - Please, enter the full company name, including the legal form, as in our letter.

  • Carrying out special payments
  • Concluding an agreement on payment by instalment
  • Requesting a deferment
  • Submitting your own payment proposal
  • Sending a message
