Where does Paigo get my data from?

We have contacted you? This means a company has commissioned us to find a solution to settle an outstanding payment - together with you. This concerns amounts which you would originally have had to pay to our contract partner. This might apply in case you have not yet paid an invoice and failed to respond to subsequent payment reminders.

The company then forwards all the necessary data to us upon commissioning so that we can contact you. These data are personal, such as your name, your address as well as the amount and basis of the claim asserted. Forwarding of such data is permitted in this case since there is a legitimate interest.
